Of those homes, 26 are condos and 77 were single-family detached. As of May 4, 2008, there are 212 non-distressed Anaheim Hills homes for sale. Of those homes, 58 are condos and 154 are single-family detached. The average list price of a condo is $442,280 and the average list price of a single-family home is $1,000,312.
